It's in the name - so cute!

For the price (just $1.99 on sale!!!) I didn't have the highest hopes for its quality, but bought it because it's "it's so freakin' cute".. but the quality is so so good, and yes, it is so cute. Very happy :)

At xoBeauty we offer worldwide shipping via NZ Post or DHL Express depending on the service option you select at checkout.

Free Shipping Conditions
We offer free shipping on New Zealand orders over $50 NZD and Australian orders over $70 NZD

Our standard shipping rates are as follows:
New Zealand orders  incur a flat rate shipping charge of $5NZD.
Australian orders incur a flat rate shipping charge of $7NZD
International Tracked orders incur a flat rate shipping charge of $12NZD
International Untracked orders incur a flat rate shipping charge of $20NZD

Our Standard shipping delivery estimates are as follows:
New Zealand dispatched orders are generally targeted for overnight delivery to main metro areas however delivery can take an estimated 1-3 business days tracked via Courier Post.
Australian dispatched orders are generally targeted for 3 business days tracked to main metro areas however delivery can take an estimated 6-10 business days tracked via the Eparcel service.
International dispatched orders take an estimated 8-12 Business days. Some countries are tracked and some are not. When you place an order and select your shipping method it will tell you if your specific country supports tracking or not.


Disclaimer
If you select an untracked shipping method and the item is lost or undelivered you will not be able to claim on the parcel. This means no refund will be issued for the lost parcel because the shipping company cannot track the status of the parcel. If the item returns back to us at xoBeauty we will contact you via email and get the item resent out or alternatively we can look at issuing you a refund.


Our DHL Express shipping rates are as follows (based on weight and quoted in NZDS):
Australia orders up to 500 grams will be $22 NZDS. Orders between 500grams to 2KGs will cost $28 NZDS
Asia orders up to 500 grams will be $28NZD. Orders between 500grams to 2KGs will cost $34 NZDS
US/Canada/Mexico orders up to 500grams will be $32 NZD. Orders between 500 grams to 2KGs will cost $39 NZDS
Europe orders up to 500 grams will be $42 NZDS. Orders between 500grams to 2KGs will cost $49 NZDS
Rest Of World International orders up to 500grams will be $68 NZDS. Orders between 500grams to 2KGs will cost $92 NZDS

All Destinations take an estimated 1-4 business days and are tracked.


Customs And Duty Charges Disclaimer(International Orders Only)
Customs and duty charges are outside of our control and may be charged on international orders. By proceeding with an order and purchasing items from www.xoBeautyshop.com you agree that payment of custom charges and duty charges are your responsibility.

Custom and Duty charges are country specific and are a legal obligation. You may not always get caught for customs as it is up to the discretion of your local customs office and how they operate. You may order two packages from xoBeauty for the same value and one may get charged customs while the other one may not.

RETURNS POLICY

We will allow returns for change of mind however the return shipping cost will need to be paid by the buyer to get the item back to us. The original shipping cost will also not be refunded.

We will only accept a return for change of mind if the item is unopened, unused and in a resalable condition.

If an item is sent to you and turns out to be faulty or damaged in the process, we will replace the item free of charge. We need photo proof sent into us via our contact page before we can proceed with the replacement/refund. Acceptance of replacement/refund is at the discretion of the xoBeauty dispatch team.

Due to health and safety concerns we cannot offer change of mind on makeup products that have been opened or used. if the security seal on the product is damaged we will not be able to accept the return. Acceptance of replacement/refund is at the discretion of the xoBeauty dispatch team.

IF ITEMS ARE DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING

If an item is damaged during shipment please contact us via our contact us page and we will look at replacement resolutions. The Courier company generally wants the damaged item and all packaging so please hold on to this so we can arrange for the damaged items to be picked up.

IF ITEMS ARE LOST DURING SHIPPING

If an item is lost during shipment we will need to open an investigation with the shipping company to locate the item. Please contact us via our contact us page so we can get this process underway. If the item is deemed as missing we will issue a credit or replacement. Please be aware that NZ Post investigations can take up to 14 business days and in some cases longer.

IF YOU ADD AUTHORITY TO LEAVE (ATL) ON YOUR PARCEL

All xoBeauty packages require a signature to be signed before a parcel can be left by default. If you choose to add authority to leave (ATL) to your parcel you will not need to sign for the parcel to be left. If the parcel goes missing and you have requested an ATL we will not be able to claim on the missing parcel and no refund will be given. add ATL at your own risk
