Missing email?

This is the third time this has happened. Each time I've ordered off this site I've never received an email to say that my items have been sent. The email I received after buying the items say that I will receive an email when they've been shipped. I would just like to add that the brushes are amazing but I'm abit iffy about buying off the site again as they items could get lost and I would never know because I don't receive an email.
