Where do I enter my Gift Card Number and Discount Code?
You enter these when you checkout. It will be around the same time as you enter your shipping address after selecting 'proceed to checkout'. If you are on a mobile device you will need to click ''Show Order Summary' to reveal the area where you enter the codes.
What happens if I don't use up my gift card total in one order?
The gift card amount you used will be taken away leaving the remainder. For example if you have a $25 gift card and only use $10 then your gift card will be left with $15. To use this remainder simply enter the same gift card number on checkout during your next purchase.
How can I check my gift card balance?
There is a link sent to you via email when you purchase/get issued a gift card. Click the 'view gift card'' button in the email to view expiry date, gift card number and current balance.
How long does a xoBeauty Gift Card last before it expires?
12 months from the date of issue.
Can a Gift Card and a Discount Code be used together on the same order?
Yes so long as it is an xoBeauty Gift Voucher and a Discount code. You cannot use a discount code and the xoBeauty Rewards points voucher together.
Are Gift Cards refundable?
No
