    Shipping method is the same as our standard flat rate shipping.
    Dispatched orders can take an estimated 1-4 business days for delivery.  Please allow an extra 2-3 days for rural deliveries.

    International dispatched orders can take 7-40 business days for delivery. 

    Once your parcel has been collected by our postal service it is out of our hands for a guaranteed delivery time. Please ensure you are home for the parcel delivery or can collect from the courier depot.
    Orders within NZ are shipped via Courier Post All of our NZ packages are Signature required. If you use a PO Box or Private Bag address, the parcel will be dispatched via Courier Post in a Non Signature bag.
    Due to the high volume of orders we receive please allow at least a full 48hours for your dispatch notification to be sent to you. Orders are processed within office hours of Monday to Friday 9am-4pm. Any orders placed over the weekend will not be processed until the following week day.
    Your dispatch notification will have your tracking number. This will allow you to track your parcel throughout NZ and to your destination delivery point. 
    If the parcel is sent back to us due to non collection you will be required to pay for re shipping to get it dispatched for a second time.

    Please choose carefully because for hygiene reasons and customer safety, we are unable to offer refunds or returns on any cosmetics for change of mind. However, if the product is faulty upon arrival we will offer a solution. To return a faulty product, please contact us ASAP via our website.

    We do not provide refunds for change of mind purchases, but we will give you store credit minus shipping costs.

    For any issues regarding Faulty items please ensure they are returned within 7 days of 
    Change of mind purchases must be returned (at your own expense) in new and unused condition, in original packaging.

    Due to hygiene reasons we cannot accept any returns on products that have been used, so please choose carefully. ( eg Brushes, Flawless Finish Sponge, Lashes, Glues)

    In order to process and lodge a return please follow the below steps:

    1. Contact must be made with xoBeauty. Lodge your issue, supply photos of the issue and include your order number and full name
    2. We will then require the item to be sent back to us for viewing and confirmation
    3. Once we receive the goods we will allocate store credit (if it is a change of mind), a replacement or a refund (faulty item). Goods must be shipped back to us in original packaging and at the customers expense.

    Within New Zealand: We use Courier Post signature required bags. Your tracking number will be emailed to you. If the number is not yet working, wait one business day as the courier company can sometimes take time to scan the bag. If you use a PO Box or Private Bag address, the parcel will be dispatched in a Non Signature bag. 
    Worldwide: Unfortunately, by default, we do not offer tracking. It costs a significant amount more to ship tracked.  If you would like to enquire about purchasing tracked shipping, please contact us prior to buying for a quote.

    Please be aware of New Zealand Public Holiday closures that affect our work and dispatch hours. Estimated shipping times as mentioned above can be delayed when we have a promotion happening. Delays occur around busy shopping periods such as Christmas and Easter, or with new product launches. Because of the influx of orders coming through our system plus closure on public holidays, it can take us an extra 2 days to process. Please be patient and we assure you that you will get your order as fast as possible! 
    We are having a large amount of orders returned to us due to incorrect addresses, missing info or incorrect country, unclaimed parcels and no payment of customs fee's etc. We use the exact address you supply to us, so if the parcel is sent back to us due to incorrect address you will be required to pay for reshipping to get it dispatched for a 2nd time. If this isn't suitable, we will refund you less the 'actual' shipping cost (photo proof available for overseas buyers) and handling fees. Also if a parcel is returned through no fault of xoBeauty, the 'actual' shipping charge and any other fee's relating to your order will be deducted from any reimbursement. Please double check your address on PayPal and the Shopify checkout page before confirming your order.
    Please also ensure you track your parcel, when a tracking number is emailed to the email address given at checkout.
