By purchasing items off xoBeautyshop.com you agree to the following:
- It is your responsibility to provide the correct address to xoBeauty when checking out.
- (For Customer Outside New Zealand) Customs and duty charges are outside of our control and may be charged on international orders. By proceeding with the order and purchasing items from xoBeautyshop you agree that payment of custom charges and duty charges are your responsibility.
- If customs contacts you for more information it is your responsibility to provide them with the invoice and follow up with them in order to get your delivery.
- If your parcel comes back to xoBeauty due to a fault of the customer e.g. non collection, wrong address, failure to pay custom fees, etc. xoBeauty will not refund the shipping cost if we agree to a refund of order. xoBeauty may also charge a restocking fee in some cases.
- We cannot accept change of mind on makeup once it has been opened. This is due to health and safety reasons
- Shipping and Delivery estimates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. For more info on shipping see HERE
- When you checkout on xoBeautyshop.com the system will automatically convert the rate to New Zealand Dollars. You will be charged the amount showing in your local currency (plus shipping) but the transaction will give you a receipt in New Zealand Dollars.
- If your product is faulty or damaged, then we can offer replacements depending on the specific situation and how it has occurred. Please contact us via our contact us page so we can help resolve the issue.
- Orders are processed within office hours of Monday to Friday 9am-4pm. Any orders placed over the weekend will not be processed until the following week day.
- If you have issues with your order you will first contact our support team via our contact us page. Please do not open disputes before talking to us as we would like to help our customers and understand each issue that occurs. This helps us improve our system and helps us to make sure you have a positive shopping experience.
- Gift cards are non refundable
- In relation to the product The Native Palette PREORDER (PREORDER - ARRIVING MID NOVEMBER). THIS IS A PRODUCT PREORDER THAT IS SCHEDULED TO ARRIVE MID NOVEMBER 2020. PLEASE BE AWARE THAT FULL PAYMENT WILL BE TAKEN STRAIGHT AWAY TO SECURE YOUR PREORDER. IF YOU PURCHASE OTHER ITEMS WITH THIS PREORDER THE COMPLETE ORDER WILL NOT SHIP UNTIL ALL ITEMS ARE READY TO BE DISPATCHED.
- PLEASE BE AWARE THAT BY PURCHASING THE PRODUCT The Native Palette PREORDER (PREORDER - ARRIVING MID NOVEMBER), YOU ARE PURCHASING THE ORIGINAL NATIVE PALETTE DESIGN. THE MACRONS ARE MISSING ABOVE THE TE REO WORDS. WE EXPECT TO HAVE THE REVISED PALETTE DESIGN AVAILABLE IN 2021. THANK YOU FOR YOUR SUPPORT.
Current Covid-19 terms and conditions:
- We are now shipping orders as of the 28th April 2020 NZT. Please be aware that there will be a delay in shipping times due to the stress on the postal nework. If you have got a shipping confirmation email it means that your item has shipped. Thank you for your patience.
- COVID-19 level 3: ORDERS NOW SHIPPING! There are delays with shipping estimates due to the postal network being extremely busy. We have had a large amount of orders and are processing them as fast as we can. Please check the tracking of your items and allow for an extra 2-4 days shipping time. We are finding that sometimes parcels are delivered overnight and other times parcels take an extra 2-4 days. International orders are seeing large delays due to different country restrictions on how and when they are processing parcels.
