POLI PAYMENTS: Please be aware that bank deposits clear overnight and that we do not ship out until the bank deposit has cleared into our account. Poli Payments are avaliable from New Zealand bank accounts only. More information https://www.polipay.co.nz
FAULTY PRODUCTS: Should your item be faulty upon arrival please contact us immediately. Please follow the return steps to help us solve your problem efficiently. INCORRECT ADDRESS: Please double check your address on PayPal and the Shopify checkout page before confirming your order. If a package is sent back to us because the address you supply us with is incorrect, you are required to pay for a 2nd shipping fee. Please see our shipping page for more information.
FREIGHT DAMAGE: Any freight damage needs to be communicated to us within 5 business days, so we can get in contact with the Courier Company. Please keep all of the packaging, as the courier company will want to see this also.
SALE ITEMS: Sale items are non returnable. All sales are final unless the item is deemed faulty. All sale items are end of line and will not be restocked or repeated and are therefor discounted accordingly. CUSTOMS: We have found that very rarely, customers can be charged fees from their own country for buying product online. Unfortunately xoBeauty cannot take responsibility of any customs or import fees that may occur once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the order. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you how much these would be, as these fees vary widely from country to country. We recommend contacting your local customs office prior to ordering goods online,so you are not surprised by any unexpected charges.
If your package is returned to us due to unpaid customs fees, there are two options:
We can issue you store credit for the purchase minus shipping costs
You can pay additional shipping to resend your goods
