Shannons debut palette with her own brand, xoBeauty, features 12 large pans with a beautiful range of matte and shimmer eyeshadows to suit a variety of skin tones. The mattes are wearable and buildable, with easy to blend pigment. The shimmers are highly pigmented and gorgeous dry or wet for an intense shine.
